Aerial Silks, also known as aerial tissue, is a type of performance art in which one or more artists perform acrobatics while suspended from fabric from height. The fabric is typically made of strong, flexible material such as silk or polyester blend, and it is hung from a rigging point to create two long, flowing strands. Aerial Silk performances involve climbing, twisting, and contorting the body in various poses while being suspended in the air. The performer uses the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral in and out of different positions, creating a visually stunning and dynamic display. Aerial silk routines often require strength, flexibility, and a keen sense of body awareness.

Uncover the magic of the Lyra as you embark on a journey of skill development and artistic expression. Join us for a class that not only strengthens your body but also sparks your creativity and passion for aerial arts!

Aerial Lyra, also known as aerial hoop or simply Lyra, is a performance art and aerial acrobatic apparatus consisting of a suspended metal hoop. The hoop, typically made of steel or aluminum, is attached to the ceiling or another rigging point using strong cables or straps. Aerial Lyra performances involve acrobatic maneuvers and poses performed within and around the circular frame.Artists who practice Aerial Lyra use the hoop to showcase a wide range of skills, including spins, poses, transitions, and dynamic movements. The aerialist may work both inside and outside the hoop, utilizing its circular shape to create visually captivating routines. Aerial Lyra routines often require a combination of strength, flexibility, and grace.
