This class is designed for individuals (age 12+) of all skills who are up for exploring the world of handstands and hand balancing. Build strength, improve body awareness and master the skill of balancing on your hands in a fun and supportive environment. Handbalancing is the art of supporting and balancing the body primarily on your hands. The most common position trained is the Handstand.
