Open Play is your space to explore, move, and create — but this playground comes with expectations. Some activities are considered high risk. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

Studio Culture Guidelines:

• Be Cool. Be Kind.
  Share space, support others, and bring good energy. We’re building a community here — not just a workout.
• Train Smart.
  Appropriate safety mats, harnesses or helmets are to be utilized at all times. Know your limits, trust your training, and level up intentionally. If you’re unsure whether something is safe for you — pause, ask, or come back with support.
• Experience Required for Apparatus Use
  Use of aerial and specialty equipment is reserved for experienced practitioners. If you’re new or self-taught, please reach out — we’ll happily connect you with a Forum-vetted coach or program to build your skills safely.
• Warm Up Like You Mean It.
  Movement is our priority — so prep your body with care. Cold bodies = high risk.
• Dress to Move.
  Wear snug, flexible clothing. No zippers, Velcro, or jewelry when using equipment. What you wear should support your movement, not limit it.
• Clean Up Behind You.
  Wipe down anything you touch — mats, poles, blocks, rings, etc. Keep it fresh and ready for the next creative spark.
• Youth Participants:
  Under 18? You’ll need to demonstrate skill readiness through prior training or a coach’s referral. Under 15 must be actively supervised by an adult.
• High Risk = High Responsibility.
  This is a high-risk facility. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your safety and acknowledge the risks involved, including injury.
• Substance-Free Zone.
  No alcohol or drugs before or during training. No exceptions.
• Everyone Belongs.
  We welcome all bodies, identities, and backgrounds. No discrimination, exclusion, or negativity will be tolerated.
